Elliott Prince
Managing Director, Co-FounderFor over a decade, Elliott has led product strategy, UX design, and software delivery for organisations ranging from growing SMEs to global enterprises. Having seen first-hand how AI is transforming the economics of software delivery, he realised that it is now viable for SMEs to build and scale their own products, creating new recurring revenue streams from their expertise.
Elliott co-founded Ferrous Labs to enable businesses to build, launch, and grow software that complements — not cannibalises — their business.

Ali Nadian
Technical Director, Co-FounderThroughout his career, Ali has led data science teams, built AI models for enterprise clients, and taught as an Assistant Professor at Shahid Beheshti University. His work has spanned diverse industries, from developing advanced AI models as a Lead Data Scientist to consulting on innovation projects for national research initiatives.
With a PhD in Computer Vision and over 15 years developing intelligent systems, Ali has seen how transformative AI can be when applied to real business problems.
